When can I use it? Ice therapy & compression are the treatment of choice for Foot & Ankle swelling & pain that is common with a foot sprain, broken foot, sprained ankle, ankle ligament injury, Lisfranc injury & following Foot & Ankle surgery. Size One size fits all. How does it work? Its incredibly simple to use at home. Just fill the Donjoy Arctic Flow Cooler with ice & water. It holds 3.5 litres of water & ice
- enough for three hours of ice therapy
- a much longer therapeutic period than an ice pack. The Cooler is attached to the latex free elastic Donjoy Arctic Flow Foot & Ankle Wrap which snugly fits the foot & ankle joint. Simply elevate the Cooler above foot & ankle height to fill the Wrap with ice cold water to provide ice therapy & compression.
