This Eheim Substrat pro for the Eheim Aquaball / Biopower 250ml has sintered pearl-shaped glass for biological filtration. Biological media creates the perfect conditions for the colonisation of healthy bacteria that break down harmful toxins. The entire filter volume can be utilised because of the pearl-like anti-blocking shape of this media
- this allows longer intervals between cleaning. Use this media in the biopower basket (excluding the bottom one with the sponges) or the aquaballs in the centre chamber.
