This is very substantial furniture & the drawers have dovetail joints & the backs & drawer bottoms are solid oak. This range is finished in a mixture of wax & oil, giving it some shine but without detracting from the rustic appearance. For maintenance most wood waxes or oils can be used but beeswax is recommended.
