As a dietary supplement, take 1 dropperful in tea or water 1 to 2 times daily.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Phosphatidyl Serine, Soy Lecithin & DMAE. Distilled Water, Vegetable Glycerin & Grain Alcohol.
