Stem ginger paste & ground ginger combine to give these cookies a tasty warm glow. They are made using artisan methods & organic produce in our Wiltshire bakery where everything that goes into the mixing bowl is on the ingredient list. The palm oil is from sustainable organic farms in Colombia so it does not harm the habitat of orangutans. We do not use genetically modified ingredients controversial additives or hydrogenated fat.
