Iron Bisglycinate may be of benefit to; Vegetarians who may have compromised dietary intake Pregnant women, under advisement, whose iron levels may be low Those who have been diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia Those feeling constantly tired & run down This amount of Iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Adults & children over 12 years, three tablets daily with main meals as a food supplement Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Calcium (di-calcium phosphate), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Veg. Stearic Acid, Iron (ferrous bisglycinate), Veg. Magnesium Stearate, Hypromellose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Magnesium Silicate, Titanium Dioxide Colour, Iron Oxide Colour.
