Please be aware that this plant is dispatched fresh from the nursery once a week on a Tuesday, for delivery on the Wednesday or Thursday. Please make sure your order is placed by 12pm Monday to ensure you qualify for a Tuesday dispatch. Geranium New Century violet is new variety with an excellent habit that produces uniform bushy plants. Flowering is early & prolific, lasting all summer long, right up to the first frosts, which make them ideal for beds & containers. New Century violet is a variety of Geranium that prefers full sun & flowers from June to October. How to grow: On delivery of your starter plants it is best to pot them on into a larger container using compost such as John Innes No. 2. Keep them protected until all risk of frost has passed. Gradually acclimatise Geranium plants to outdoor conditions by hardening them off over a period of 7 to 10 days. Plant them out in moist well drained soil in a sheltered postion, in full sun. For best results: Feed & water regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded Geranium Flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
