These allow a variety of cooking options to be used at the same time. The break-through in BBQ hygiene introduced with this range is; the Easy-wash & clean system. The smooth porcelain enamelled fire box & drainage channels flow to a drip cup, thus allowing the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent & water. The drip cup is emptied, wiped clean & easily replaced into the back of the BBQ after each use. This prevents an unhygienic & dirty interior of the BBQ. When the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that may cut hands.
