Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green & the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green & a sports & leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf & pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carrstone houses, an impressive medieval church & a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The  nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell & Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking & bird-watching. The Royal Sandringham Estate is Approx. eight miles away,   a wonderful day out with its cycling, walking & picnic opportunities.==                                  Rosstyn House is an imposing three-storey semi-detached family house enjoying a superb position overlooking Lincoln Square & with wide views to the sea. It offers excellent accommodation for eight people with plenty of room to relax in comfort. The High Street is within easy reach as are the various other amenities the town has to offer. With its wide selection of leisure activities & other attractions, Hunstanton is an ideal location for enjoying a traditional seaside holiday. There is a small decorative garden at the front of the property. Parking:  Roadside on Lincoln Square where parking is not normally a problem. There is a strip of land  to the side of the property which is off-road and can be used if required although it is not designated. Heating: G.F.C.H. Also Provided: Broadb&,  CDs,  books & games. Extras: Towels may be hired at a £1.50 per person per week, payable on booking. Notes: Bedroom 3 is heated by night storage heaters
