Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich & is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways & enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches & the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes & shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying bird watching & exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.== Holly Cottage is a stylish comfortable cottage full of original features such as pamment floors, a Rayburn that keeps the kitchen cosy, latch doors & exposed beams in some rooms. There is a spacious garden in which to relax & the summer house provides a perfect retreat on cooler days. This is an ideal cottage from which to explore the surrounding area: Strumpshaw Fen RSPB Reserve is only seven miles away & the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall & Felbrigg are within easy reach. Shop: 0.5 miles  Pub: 2.2 miles== Ground Floor: Kitchen/ Dining Room with electric cooker, Rayburn, combination microwave,   tap for filtered water & a table & four chairs Utility Area with fridge with icebox, washing machine, dishwasher, CD player & iPod dock Cloakroom with washbasin & high level flush wc Sitting Room tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview, DVD player & open fire First Floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed Bedroom 2 with a double bed Bathroom with a bath, h&-held telephone-style shower & an over-bath power shower, washbasin & wc Garden: Fully enclosed pretty rear garden with lawn, three patio areas situated to follow the sun throughout the day,  table & chairs, barbecue, summer house with lighting & comfortable chairs. Parking: For two cars. Heating: O.F.C.H, plus electric radiator & convector heater included May-Sept & £20 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking. Also Provided: Towels, books & games. Starter pack of fuel for open fire & welcome pack with many extras. Pets: One small/medium dog is welcome but please ensure that it is not allowed upstairs & kept off the furniture. We would ask that you leave the garden free of any mess. Notes: Small uncovered pond in rear garden, care should be taken at all times. Guests may smoke in the summer house. There are steep dog leg stairs in keeping with  the age of the property.
