Daily Intake
Add 4 level scoops (100g) to 500ml of water or skimmed milk. For the best results use a blender. Take one serving per day between main meals. Two servings can be taken on training days if required.

Why do you use this product Weight Gain (Strawberry Flavour) ?
Definitely better in a blender rather than the shaker, but this stuff has given me some superb results. I have gained 3kgs in 3 weeks. Best to use this as a mid morning/afternoon snack rather than a meal replacement.
