What is BCAA PLUS? BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) consist of the three essential amino acids Leucine Isoleucine & Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. These BCAA's are classed as three of the nine essential amino acids that make up Approx. 35% of muscle protein.
