The Snapper ELT2246 is a side discharge machine with a large 46 inch cutter deck & triple blades. The tripled bladed deck can be adjusted to 7 different cutting heights from 3.8
- 10.2 cms for the perfect cut. The side discharge deck is designed to deposit the grass cuttings back down onto the ground so they wilt naturally. This type of mowing is the preferred option for longer grass areas & paddocks or orchards. The ELT2246 is easier turned into a mulching tractor by fitting the mulch kit. Mulching the grass cuts it into tiny pieces which virtually disappear into the lawn adding vital extra nutrients for a healthier growth & lusher appearance. If you follow the one third rule by only cutting a third of the length of the grass blade you will achieve the best cut for your lawn. The Snapper ELT2246 is packed with excellent features including the hydrostatic foot operated (automatic) drive with 5 step cruise control, colour coded dash controls & pivoting cast iron front axle.
