Opel GT J (1971) in White (1:18 scale)
- In 1965 Opel presented an eye-catching Coupé at the IAA which was allegedly built for experimental purposes. Yet, the GT named two-seater was included in the Opel range in respect of appearance & technology, pleasing the public eye. It immediately sold extremely well resulting from both, its unusual shape & brilliant road holding as well as its relatively low price. Until the production was stopped in July 1973 more than 103, 000 cars left the Bochum Opel works, of which more than 80% were exported.
