Product Description

Brayford is one of those picturesque traditional Devon villages that you may only discover by chance. Situated just on the edge of Exmoor National Park it is an ideal location from which to explore all this wonderful area has to offer. Built in the 19th century as a Baptist Chapel & Manse, this lovely conversion is at the heart of the village. Accommodation: Ground floor Conservatory. Hall. Living room with wood burner. TV & DVD. Kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven & dishwasher. Boot Room with freezer & tumble dryer. Utility/ Cloakroom with WC, basin & washing machine. First floor Bed 1 with King & separate dressing room with futon, ensuite bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC & basin. Bed 2 with 2 6" Twins (when pushed together will make a King size double). Cloakroom with WC & basin has a narrow doorway. Facilities & Services: Gas CH. Enclosed garden. Garden furniture. Private parking.
