Primrose Cottage is close to the centre of the small village of Westleigh & within walking distance of the local character inn. This delightful cottage has been renovated to very high standards & is only 1.5 miles from the popular water sports centre of Instow. With three bedrooms & two bathrooms the cottage is ideal for families or couples looking for an extremely comfortable base for enjoying beach or countryside. A private patio & separate fully enclosed large garden also provide ideal external space for dining & enjoying time with the family. Accommodation: Porch leading into Ground Floor: Open plan living/kitchen/diner lounge area with Smart TV with catchup TV & BT sport, DVD & double sided woodburner. Kitchen/dining area with gas hob & electric oven, steaming hot tap for instant hot water, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer (in porch). First floor: Bed 1 with Superking with zip 'n' linkoption to twins on request and with TV/DVD & ensuite shower room with WC & basin. Bed 2 with Double. Bed 3 with Twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC & basin Facilities & Services: Gas CH. Garden furniture. Storage for surfboards & cycles. Private parking for 2 cars adjacent.
