Mill Stile Braunton This 200 year old cottage is set right beside the river on a peaceful lane in Braunton & within an easy stroll of the individual shops, cafes & pubs of this large & friendly village. The beach at Saunton Sands is just 3 miles away & the famous ' Tarka Trail' cycle path on the doorstep. Mill Stile is a characterful, comfortable & well-decorated cottage complete with everything you need for a lovely holiday. Accommodation Ground Floor: Living/dining room with TV, DVD, coal effect gas fire & open plan fairly steep staircase with handrail to the first floor. Small entrance hall leading to a galley kitchen with electric cooker. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, basin & WC. Outside utility shed housing washing machine & sink. First Floor: Bed 1 with Double. Bed 2 with Single + 2'6" pull out bed. Facilities & Services Gas CH. Garden furniture. Unloading is permitted close to the cottage (free road-side parking is sometimes available), whilst public car park is approx 100 yards away. Ref: N1796
