Village Farm Cottage is an excellent property! Built in the 18th century & situated in the grounds of the owners beautiful home, this classic little cottage is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Priston itself just 15 minutes from the very centre of Bath. A detached property & literally within yards of open countryside, this traditional holiday cottage provides quality self catering accommodation at a superb price. Internally the cottage enjoys many period features including exposed beams, thick stone walls & Gothic archways all of which add to the character of the original building. Added to this is the stripped pine flooring & the wood-burner which make the cottage warm & homely. We feel this is an attractive cottage of considerable character & charm set in a beautiful rural location.ACCOMMODATIONGround Floor Entrance through into open plan living space Living Area with sofa & armchairs, plus wood-burning stove & flatscreen TV with DVD & Freeview Kitchen / Dining Area fitted with electric hob & oven, fridge, microwave, plus table and four chairs. Stairs to first floor & private patio garden Upstairs Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers Bedroom Two with two single beds, chest of drawers Bathroom with bath, WC & h&-basin. Outside Attractive & private patio garden with gate to field and garden furniture. Customers are welcome to walk the 20 acres of private land that surrounds the cottage, with a beautiful little wood & stream into the village included!! Heavenly Oil fired CH & Elect incl all year. Basket of logs on arrival. Pets welcome by prior arrangement (charged @£30.00 per short stay, £40.00 per week). Off street parking. Saturday Changeovers in the Summer months please. Wifi available. Short Breaks welcome in Winter months, but on request otherwise.
