The Gallery, ETC 4 Star Gold Award winner, is situated in a delightfully rural location near to the villages of Shipton under Wychwood & Leafield. The barn takes its name from the ' King John's Oak' which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest. The property has wonderful views across open fields particularly from the sitting room. This cottage is likely to appeal to families looking to enjoy open space while having easy access to local amenities. Green Tourism Business Scheme Silver Award Winner ACCOMMODATION: Door to fully fitted Kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & washer/dryer. Large Sitting / Dining room with a table to seat ten. Comfortable sofas & armchair. (Sofa bed). 22" TV and DVD with Freeview plus iPod docking station There is also access to the property, via the large French windows, for those with limited mobility. Bedroom One is down two small stairs, with double bed and Ensuite Shower room, with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Upstairs: Bedroom Two, alarge room with glorious views, with twin beds that can be zipped together to make a large double. Bathroom Two with bath, WC & washbasin. The Gallery looks down into the sitting room below & can be used for sitting and reading, or just admiring the views! Heating and electricity included all year. Parking for several cars. Garden furniture. Cot & High Chair available. A sofa bed is available for use downstairs at £80 per stay / per week. Alternatively, a 'Z' bed is available on the galleried landing for a small single person at the same price. Security Deposit required in advance of arrival (£50.00) by cheque or in cash on arrival to owner. Wi Fi Available. No smokers. Friday changeover. Pets Welcome (2 max) charged at £25 per dog.
