From the cottage, there is a large secure courtyard facing south with large pots of flowers & garden furniture. Ascott is a small peaceful hamlet about half a mile beyond Whichford. ACCOMMODATION: Excellent Kitchen / Dining Room with a high ceiling & exposed beams, fully fitted & equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven & hob, fridge (freezer in outhouse), microwave. Hallway to Sitting Room with comfortable sofas & armchairs, TV & DVD Player. Off the hallway is a spacious curtained recess with a sofa bed for two extra people if required. This can also be used as a quiet reading area. Upstairs: Bedroom One, double bedroom with 5ft bed. Bedroom Two, with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, power shower over bath, WC & washbasin. All rooms overlook the courtyard with fantastic open farmland views. Central heating & electricity included all year. Ample parking. Cot & stair gate available on request. £25 extra per week for use of sofa bed. BBQ. No smokers. Saturday changeover. Sorry No Pets. Children Welcome.
