Lane Farm House in Shipton under Wychwood is a very large house set in the midst of the lovely village of Shipton under Wychwood. A 14th Century rambling farmhouse, with accommodation for 16 people, with potential space for more if required. Internally the property is presented in a traditional & basic style with large living space ideal for party get-togethers. The property is clean & welcoming & is certainly very good value for your money given the size of the accommodation. There is the ability to take additional beds within the bedrooms (to exceed 16 people) & all bedrooms can be single beds or double, although we would like to add that the seating & dining seating will be tight! The enormous main kitchen has granite tops, an Aga & large dining table. Nice & bright sitting room with a wood burning stove, (logs available), lots of bedrooms each very individual, & ' Eagles Nest' at the top of the house. This huge house would be great for a group of friends or family get-togethers. Please note: Full week bookings only during July & August ACCOMMODATIONGround Floor Kitchen One with sink, dishwasher & Aga, plus two dining tables with chairs for 16 people, seating area with sofa Kitchen Two with two fridges, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier & 4 ring gas hob & oven. Living Room with log burning stove, seating for 16 people, TV with basic Sky package & DVD player Additional Bedroom 1/ Snug three single beds located off the main living room Cloakroom with WC, wash basin and shower. First Floor Bedroom Two with five single beds. Bedroom Three with three single beds((can be made into a double), Bedroom Four (accessed via separate stairs located through Bedroom Three) with double bed plus futon. Bedroom Five with double bed, plus extra single bed (or three singles) Bedroom Six with double plus two extra single bed Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC & washbasin Separate Shower room Second Floor Bedroom Seven with double plus additional single bed Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC & washbasin Outside A secluded garden with badminton & barbeque. Giant trampoline with safety net and table tennis are available in the barn for guests use. Panoramic views over hills & dales. Any Day Changeover.
