Naturally the layout & furnishings are both 'contemporary' & luxurious with the open plan living space downstairs a particularly appealing feature. The Daylesford Farmshop is about 50 yards away with an endless amount of high quality foods, you can even book yourself on a ' Learn to Farm' or a ' Learn to Cook' course!! stunning.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to open plan kitchen/diner/living space. Kitchen, beautifuly crafted with marble work surfaces, Aga with two ovens, plus dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large dining table with five chairs plus additional bench. The Living Area has a large sofa, armchair plus extra 'soft' bench; large wall mounted TV with Freeview & DVD player, there is also an open fire. Study/ Snug with sofa, desk & bookcases plus additional wall mounted TV plus open fire. Cloakroom with WC & washbasin Upstairs Master Bedroom Suite with King Size double bed (5ft) (zip & link) which can be made in to two singles if required, wardrobe & chest, wall mounted TV. Ensuite Bathroom with bath, 'rain' shower over, two washbasins & WC. Bedroom Two with King size double bed (5ft) (zip & link) with additional bunk beds in one bedroom, wardrobe & shelving, Ensuite Shower Room with large walk in shower, WC & washbasin. Outside To the front of the cottage is an enclosed terrace area with table & chairs. To the rear is a shared terrace garden & grass area beyond (which at Christmas has a large decorated tree within!) This garden area is shared with The Apple Store. One Small Pet by arrangement. Heating & Electricity included (as well as a supply of logs!). Wifi included. A wonderful pack of Daylesford 'goodies' (including organic bread, butter eggs & wine) is provided for each group of guests. Friday changeover prefered, but any day considered.
