The Old Ann Cam School, Grade II listed & dating back to 1825, is a very spacious holiday cottage set within the heart of the delightful village of Dymock. The cottage has a wonderful main living space which is light and very welcoming. Internally the building retains all the character & charm of the original building, including massive oak beams and wall panelling while modern additions include underfloor heating and a woodburning stove. Externally, there is a large garden (shared) with play area & your own barbecue. With the Wye Valley & Cotswolds all within a short drive, we feel this is a great choice for touring this beautiful part of England or simply enjoying a traditional village! A great holiday option.ACCOMMODATIONGround Floor Entrance through to lobby Living Room with large, stunning windows providing fabulous light, with sofas for seven people (including sofa bed for +2 if required, charged at £40 per person per week/per stay), woodburning stove, cd player and 48" Plasma TV with Freeview, DVD & video Dining Area with table & chairs, Kitchen, with Halogen hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & large fridge with freezer compartment. Bedroom One with Super King Size Zip & Link bed (can be split into 2 single beds), wardrobe & TV, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, h&-held shower attachment WC & h&-basin. Bathroom Two with shower, WC & h&-basin. Upstairs (accessed via spiral staircase) Mezzanine Bedroom Two with double bed, chest of drawers, plus extra single bed (£40 per week / per stay) Outside Guests have access to a large garden with private patio area with BBQ, table & chairs. Please note that the garden is shared with the friendly owners. There is a Local Pub serving good food 250 yards away plus village shop just around the corner! As you would expect there are country walks literally from your doorstep. Underfloor heating throughout included all year. Starter box of logs, extra available at cost. Cot & High Chair available. Off street parking available for one car. Regret No pets. NB There is a £100 damages deposit payable on arrival at this property.
