The property, which is at least 250 years old, sits towards the end of a no-through road leading towards the historic Norman church & forms part of a row of cottages that are now all owned by one family. - very attractive. It is ideal for two, three or four people with the beds providing a variety of 'options'! There is also an enclosed garden to the rear. With the heart of Bath literally less than 10 mins drive away, this is a prime rural retreat.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to living room. Living Room with two sofas & chaise longe, large flatscreen TV with Freeview plus DVD. There is an open, feature fireplace with woodburning stove. There is a bookcase with some local books of interest. Kitchen, lovely room overlooking gardens, full equipped, with 6 ring gas hob & two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine with drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table with four chairs. Door to garden. First Floor Master Bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobe with shelving, chest of drawers, beautiful views Bathroom with bath, power shower over, WC & washbasin Second Floor Bedroom Two* with single bed plus an extra 'pull out' bed, both charged extra if required. Outside There is a good size, enclosed garden with patio area; table & chairs. This overlooks a paddock! The parking is 'on street' but it is outside the cottage & on a quiet no through road we can't imagine any problems... Heating & Electricity included all year. One small pet welcome, please discuss.
