There is a table & four chairs. Living Space with large l-shaped sofa plus two armchairs, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player & Sony games console. iPod dock Master Bedroom with double bed (4ft 6in), wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom, bath with handheld shower, WC & washbasin Bedroom Two with double bed (4ft 6in), with Ensuite Shower Room, shower, WC & washbasin Both bedrooms have access to the deck area. Outside There is a private deck area that extends the full width of the apartment which overlooks the lake. There is a large table & chairs for outdoor dining etc. There is also space for one car with additional parking nearby. Access to Spa included. Heating & Electricity incl. This property is on Howells Mere & as Howells Mere is our newest development there is still construction very close by. We have not had any complaints; we just feel renters should be aware.
