Situated in a delightful Cotswolds' village, Keepers Cottage is a gorgeous hideaway, with far reaching views across the Windrush Valley. Windrush village is truly unspoilt in every sense, in fact it was once owned by the National Trust (like the nearby Sherborne village) but today is the home for a few lucky families. Sitting proudly in the heart of the village is Keepers Cottage, an immaculate holiday home where the owners have poured care into maintaining the cottage to a very high standard, with plenty of pretty touches to give it a unique appeal. The lovely, large living room with its huge wood burner are sure to keep you warm & cosy after a long walk or when you return from the pub; the kitchen is light & bright & very well kitted, meanwhile the bedrooms each have great views across the surrounding countryside. You can even sink into a roll top bath & enjoy the view uninterrupted! How perfect... This is a lovely, attractive cottage hideaway & absolutely spot on for Cotswolds' lovers.ACCOMMODATIONEntrance through to a lobby leading to two living rooms Main Living Room, with very large sofa & separate armchair, wood burning stove, ipod dock & TV, with Freeview & DVD player. Kitchen / Diner, fully equipped with electric hob, fridge/freezer, double oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave & digital radio; dining table & four chairs. Door to rear garden Living Room Two with sofa & additional flatscreen TV. (This sofa is a sofa bed please note*) Upstairs Master Bedroom with double bed, (4ft 6in) wardrobe & chest of drawers Bathroom with claw foot, roll top bath, handheld shower, WC & washbasin Bedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Outside There is an enclosed garden to the rear with table & chairs, peaceful & beautiful. Children Welcome & cot & high chair available. Sorry No Pets Heating & Electricity incl all year. Starter basket of logs included. Wifi incl & available. Please note that mobile phone access can be limited. Please note the owners require a security deposit in advance of arrival* Please note that the property must not accommodate more than 4 people & therefore the extra bed can be used for one of the guests staying in the property & NOT for an extra person (s). The owner requests that Manor Cottages take a security deposit of £100 in advance of your arrival Friday Changeover during School Holidays please. Any day at other times!
