Yalumba have sourced this Cabernet Sauvignon from several quality vineyards in South Australia, primarily Wrattonbully & the warmer Barossa, & aged around a third of the blend in old oak, to produce a well-rounded yet authentically Australian style. A deep crimson red colour with bright, lively aromas of violets & ripe red fruits supported by subtle leafy notes. Supple & approachable on the palate, with a generous texture. Drink now or enjoy over the next 3-5 years. Perfect with minted lamb.
