Product Description

The Barossa Valley has some of the oldest vines in the world, most of these planted as bush vines in the traditional free-standing style. Yalumba was founded in 1849, long before most Old World wineries. Spicy dark berried fruits & a savoury, meaty plum fragrance. A juicy core of impressive density on the palate, showing savoury & earthy texture & a long, smooth, fine-grained finish. A good alternative to Chteauneuf-du-Pape & a brilliant partner to spare ribs.
