Yali is the name of the Valley where the Ventisquero winery is located & is the main area of Mediterranean climate marshland in Chile. El Humedal El Yali is an area recognised for its significance to conservation, with 25% of Chiles bird population concentrating here. A light & fruity rose with a soft watermelon backbone, embellished with hints of strawberry & cherry on the palate. A refreshing aperitif, it can also be enjoyed with salads, fish & light pasta dishes.
