Viña Ventisquero harvested bunches by hand & then sorted them to select only the best fruit. After a gentle fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, a proportion is then aged for 10 months in French oak. After bottling it is aged for another six months. Red berry flavours from the Cabernet with spicy notes from the Carmenère intermingle with hints of vanilla, chocolate & coffee. A well structured, medium-bodied wine with a soft, pleasant finish. A wine to enjoy with mature cheeses, grilled meats or rich foods seasoned with herbs & spices.
