Night-harvested, the cool grapes are pressed without air contact & fermented at cold temperatures, to maximise primary fruit character. Intensely floral on the nose, with a medley of roses, jasmine & lemon blossom accenting the tropical lychee fruit aromas. Medium-bodied palate, with a nice balance of texture & acidity.
