Product Description

This wine is made by Paul Lapsley & his team, & is named in honour of Bill Hardy, fifth generation of the Hardy winemaking family. Sourced from across South Australia, the wine has naturally well balanced characteristics, brought together by controlled oak maturation. Deep plum with violet hues, this is a ripe & vibrant wine offering a dense blueberry & cherry fruit backbone, with chewy tannins tempered by soft, delicately spicy oak influence. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. Great with a mixed grill.
