Product Description

The Clare Valley is a series of elevated valleys, rolling hills & wide open valley floors. It extends for 35 km & is divided into five sub-regions. A continental climate slows the ripening process & explains why aromatic whites flourish alongside intense, rich reds. White peach, nectarine & citrus fruits leap out of the glass, preceding a ripe, mid-weight palate of peach, pineapple & a subtle cinnamon note. A creamy texture & good acidity give the wine a solid backbone, making it perfect with full-flavoured white meat dishes.
