Product Description

A Majestic exclusive, harvested from Viu Manents San Carlo vineyard in Cunaco, Colchagua Valley. Made without oak & cold-fermented, this Viognier has been made with fresh primary fruit characters in mind, with 2 months lees ageing adding a dash of depth & texture. Bright, vibrant yellow in colour, displaying aromas of quince, pineapple & apricot. The palate is a cascade of tropical fruit, peach & pear flavours, soft acidity & light texture. Matches well with fruity savoury dishes: try with a mild chicken tagine with ginger, chilli & apricots.
