Product Description

Vega de la Reina has its own 100ha vineyard in Valdestillas in the province of Valladolid, on the banks of the rivers Douro & Adaja. The wines of Rueda have been noted as an alternative to Sauvignon, so growing this international grape was a natural step for the region. A lively nose of grapefruit accented with hints of fresh herbs & petals. Crisply acidic, the wine is mouth-watering, refreshing & persistent on the finish. Try with simple Spanish-style fish dishes such as battered hake.
