An immensely concentrated, full-bodied & voluptuous wine made in the 'ripasso' style, in which the blend is enriched during fermentation using partially dried grape skins from Bussola's Amarone, after which the wine spends up to 18 months in wood. The result is an immensely rich, complex palate of dark berries intermingling with liquorice, graphite, treacle & pudding spice flavours. Drink now or over the next 5 years.
