Valençay is a tiny 130 hectare appellation in the heart of the Loire where the vines are planted on the sand & flint slopes to the south of the Cher River. The wine was matured on its lees to add depth of flavour. Crisp, fresh & attractively complex with white fruits & floral aromas, finishing on a light spritz. This is great on its own or with fresh lobster, sushi or fine Chinese cuisine.
