The grapes for this wine are grown in Undurraga's Codigua Estate. Situated along the Maipo river, behind the Leyda Valley. Cool temperatures here create an ideal environment for producing Pinot Noir of delicate colour & fresh acidity, perfect for sparkling rosé. Delicate watermelon pink, & with subtle aromas of cherries, strawberries & flower petals. Persistent, uniform bubbles & zesty acidity provide an uplifting palate. Great for parties, as an apéritif, or with lightly spicy chicken skewers.
