Award-winning winemaker Felipe Muller makes this wine entirely from grapes grown on Tabalís unique & revered river terrace vineyard. H&-picked into small baskets to prevent damage, the grapes are bunch-selected, de-stemmed & fermented under temperature control. A benchmark cool-climate Pinot, with a fresh & elegant raspberry & cherry nose, with hints of vanilla. Tannins & acidity work in perfect harmony on the palate, which is at once rounded & taut. Drink with smoked & cured meats, soft cheese, or duck dishes.
