Product Description

Following extansive research throughout Chile, Viña Tabali have established a 180ha vineyard in Limarí, with chalky clay soils that allow them to cultivate clasically European-influenced wines, enhanced with the trademark Chilean ripeness of fruit. A firm & tightly structured Sauvignon, reminiscent of the finest examples of the Loire. A fresh lemon & grapefruit backbone, sprinkled with cut grass notes & a smoky, stony minerality. Drink with fine seafood, fish dishes, or with Greek salad.
