Product Description

Perle is the French term for young white wines bottled with a natural pearls, or tiny bubbles preserved in the wine by bottling shortly after fermentation. This example is blended from grape varieties local to the area between Toulouse & Albi in southwest France. Youthfully pale yellow with faint green tinges. Zesty lemon & grapefruit aromas dominate the nose. Fresh, lively & dry, the palate is equally citrussy, with a touch of flint-like minerality. A refreshing aperitif, & the perfect foil for grilled fish & fresh seafood.
