Product Description

Sourced from several vineyards in Marlborough's Southern Valleys, whose clay soils promote the growth of small bunches of small berries, & thus intensely flavoured Pinot Noir. Portions of the wine are aged in French oak barriques before blending with unoaked wine. Rich garnet core with a purplish rim. Aromas of ripe black cherries & currants, with a lifted raspberry note & a hint of vanilla. Fine tannins, medium palate weight, & good fruit concentration. Can be cellared for up to 5 years. Enjoy with cutlets of smoked lamb.
