Only 0.5% of the wine is barrel-aged for 3 months, adding subtle complexity & texture. Bursting with melon, lychee & pear notes, against a backbone of citrus fruits. Incisive & taut acidity, tinged with a distinct minerality, provides great refreshment & length. Great with shellfish, tempura squid, or grilled fresh mackerel.
