Product Description

This is Qupé's benchmark Syrah & is a blend of fruit from up to eight vineyard sites across the Central Coast region, primarily cool-climate sites in Santa Barbara & Edna Valley. The wine is made in a style that mimics the elegance of classic northern-Rhône Syrah. This Syrah displays both power & poise, marrying deep black & red fruit with taut acidity & a lithe, fine-grained tannic structure. Mild white pepper notes add savoury complexity. Try with Moroccan spiced lamb.
