Product Description

100% Roussanne from a special 5-hectare block of vines, planted in 1997 with the Tablas Creek vine clone, originally from Chteau de Beaucastel. Qupe selectively ferment one or more lots from within this vineyard, using second-fill Burgundy barrels for fermentation & ageing, before bottling without filtration. The wine is a stunning mixture of body, texture, vibrant fruit & firm acidity, offering up to 10 years cellaring potential.
