Product Description

Paringa Estate was started in 1985 by Lyndsay Mc Call, who abandoned his career in teaching to answer his calling to be a winemaker. The estate itself now comprises only 10 acres of vines, with partner growers providing access to a further 45 acres. This Chardonnay comes from three estate-managed vineyards, & is fermented in new & old French oak. The bouquet & palate display citrus, peach & nectarine characters along with the creamy nutty characteristics introduced by lees stirring. The mouth feel is long & rich & finishes with good natural acidity.
