- wigig. A special parcel selected by our Buyer, made by a dynamic collective of young winemakers based in the outskirts of Adelaide. Several vineyard plots are harvested & fermented individually, before careful blending & maturation for 10 months in French & American oak. Bright & vibrantly fruity with good concentration, enhanced by lifted spicy aromas, & subtle hints of forest floor & tapenade-like savoury notes. Drink now or keep for another 3 years. Best enjoyed with charred lamb kebabs.
