Several vineyard plots are harvested & fermented individually, before careful blending & maturation for 10 months in French & American oak. Bright & vibrantly fruity with good concentration, enhanced by lifted spicy aromas, & subtle hints of forest floor & tapenade-like savoury notes. Drink now or keep for another 3 years. Best enjoyed with charred lamb kebabs.
