A limited parcel made exclusively for Majestic by one of Maipo Valley's best producers. The grapes are h&-picked from mature vines in the cool Andean foothills, fermented with selected yeasts, then transferred to French oak barrels for 18 months' maturation. A classic cassis-like aroma overlaid with ripe red berries, vanilla & soft dark spice. Impressively pure fruit on the palate, with sense of real richness & weight conveyed by dense, smooth tannins. Enjoy with oxtail casserole or other tender, slow-cooked red meats.
