Product Description

This is an exclusive special parcel of wine obtained at a remarkably low price from a well-known, multi-award-winning organically farmed estate in South Africa. H&-harvested, fermented in traditional open tanks, & matured for 18 months in French & American oak. An attractive ruby-garnet colour, this wine shows its class with a nose of rich cassis & red charry fruit with forest-floor undertones. Smooth tannins, rich palate fruit & a hint of minerality. Enjoy with slow-cooked beef, or lamb served with mint gremolata.
