The grapes for this blend are sourced from various vineyards, each contributing their own unique characteristics to the wine. Nautilus's has shunned the single-vineyard approach, opting instead to produce a Marlborough Sauvignon with a rare subtlety & complexity. Typical Marlborough aromatics of gooseberry, cut grass & nettle leaf are accompanied by a distinct mineral note on the palate, giving the wine a firmness of structure & lengthy finish. Enjoy now or within 2 years of the vintage, with oysters or quality goat's cheese.
